Caesar Salad with Chicken and Cherry Tomatoes
This light and healthy dish is named after an American of Italian descent, Caesar Cardini. Having nothing to do with the Roman Empire, this dish appeared after the First World War and gained immense popularity. The most famous salad in the world can be prepared both on a daily basis and as an addition to the festive table. Fried chicken breast with lettuce, tomatoes and croutons is a classic of all salads.
How to cook Caesar Salad with Chicken and Cherry Tomatoes
Step 1

Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 2

Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
Step 3

Take a frying pan, grease it with vegetable oil and put the breast fillet on it. Fry on one side for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4

Sprinkle the chicken fillet with seasonings, add salt and pepper to taste.

Turn the chicken fillet over to the other side and also add seasonings, salt and black pepper to taste. Continue frying for another 10-15 minutes.

Turn the chicken fillet over again and fry until done.

Take a cutting board and cut the fried chicken for the salad.

Take a serving plate. Place the iceberg lettuce on it.

Place the next layer of cherry tomato halves.

Place the chicken pieces.

Add Caesar dressing.

Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese.

Garnish the salad with pre-fried croutons.
Step 14

Arrange the salad beautifully on a plate. Layer the ingredients as indicated in the recipe. Add the toasted croutons and serve.
