Caesar Salad with Chicken and Cherry Tomatoes

Cookinero 26 February 2025

This light and healthy dish is named after an American of Italian descent, Caesar Cardini. Having nothing to do with the Roman Empire, this dish appeared after the First World War and gained immense popularity. The most famous salad in the world can be prepared both on a daily basis and as an addition to the festive table. Fried chicken breast with lettuce, tomatoes and croutons is a classic of all salads.
