How to cook Buns with raisins from yeast dough
Step 1
For dough, we take warm milk, dissolve yeast, sugar in it, add flour and let it rise to the cap.
Step 2
In the risen dough, add melted butter (warm) + yolks, well ground with sugar, + a bag of vanilla sugar + salt, mix everything well and add the sifted flour.
Step 3
Knead soft elastic dough (I use my hands for 10 minutes), add orange zest. We put on the rise for 1 hour, do a warm-up, add raisins and for another 1 hour to rise. We divide the dough into equal pieces (I got 600 g of dough and 12 pieces of 50 g came out).
Step 4
We form a ball from the dough and put it in the form. We put our buns on the rise, under the film, they should double in size. Lubricate the buns with protein and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. I covered warm buns with icing (orange juice 2 tablespoons + a little bit of water + powdered sugar to the desired density). Enjoy your meal!
