Description

Sugar syrups are much easier to mix with other ingredients than sugar. Therefore, they are so suitable for the preparation of fruit drinks, cocktails and various desserts. They can also be used as sauces for sweet dishes.

Cooking

Step 1

Peel bananas and grind in a blender until puree.

Step 2

Transfer the puree to a bowl, add sugar and water. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Step 3

Pour syrup into bottles and seal properly. Keep refrigerated.
