Prepare the casserole. Place the peeled carrots in a saucepan with cold water and cover. Put on high heat. When the water boils, reduce the heat and cook for 20-30 minutes. Drain the water and cool the carrots. Grate the carrots. Mix them with the eggs. Add semolina, salt and granulated sugar. Stir. Put the carrot mixture in a baking dish. Smooth it out. Put the dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes.
