Turnip stuffed with apples, celery and raisins
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- raisin
- 4 tbsp. l. liquid honey
- 3 apples
- 80 g butter
- 8 medium sized turnips
- 3 stalks of celery
- juice of 1 lemon

Step 1
1. Wash turnips, peel. With a small knife, make a deep round cut on top. Preheat the oven to 180ºС. Put the turnip on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake for 40 minutes. Do not turn off the oven. 2. Meanwhile, soak the raisins in warm boiled water. Wash the apple, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Wash the celery, cut into thin slices. Mix raisins, apple and celery with 2 tbsp. l. honey. 3. Cool the turnip, remove the core along the incision made. Stuff the turnip with minced meat, pour over the remaining honey and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
