Tart with nectarines and berries
Such a tart can be made with peaches, pears, apples or plums. Berries can be used frozen.
Ingredients
Servings 6- Nectarines - 4-6 pcs.
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- Apricot confiture (or other) - 4-5 tablespoons
- Strong black tea - 3-4 tbsp.
- A handful of berries (cranberries, lingonberries or raspberries)
- Dough:
- Flour - 2.5 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 tbsp
- Milk - 3 tbsp.
- Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
- Sol - 1/2 tsp.
Cooking
Step 1
Sift flour, add salt, sugar. In a separate bowl, mix butter, milk and 3 tbsp. cold water. Pour the liquid mixture into the flour and stir. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough a little more than the diameter of the mold, put it into the mold to make the sides. Sprinkle the dough with sugar.
Step 2
Cut the nectarines into small slices and lay them out nicely on the dough with an overlap. Dilute the confiture with hot tea and put the mixture on the nectarines. Sprinkle with berries. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
