Steaks in a feather

Ingredients

Servings 4 servings
  • 1 st. l. dry garlic
  • white wine vinegar - 0.5 cup
  • 4 veal steaks, 250–300 g each
  • 1 st. l. dried sweet paprika
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup black peppercorns

Cooking

Step 1

Mix crushed peppercorns, paprika and garlic. Separately, mix the vinegar, both sauces and a quarter cup of water. Pour this mixture over the steaks. Add the pepper mixture and press it into the meat with your fingers. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Step 2

Clean the meat from the marinade and fry on coals for 10-20 minutes. - depending on the desired degree of readiness.
