Mix crushed peppercorns, paprika and garlic. Separately, mix the vinegar, both sauces and a quarter cup of water. Pour this mixture over the steaks. Add the pepper mixture and press it into the meat with your fingers. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Clean the meat from the marinade and fry on coals for 10-20 minutes. - depending on the desired degree of readiness.
