Steak Cafe de Paris with mushroom sauce

Porcini mushrooms and beef is one of the best and most impressive eye and stomach combinations. Beef stroganoff with mushrooms immediately comes to mind, because it is familiar and homely. Let's cook a steak and serve it with mushroom sauce and there will be something else to remember.

Ingredients

  • shoulder blade 300 g
  • white mushrooms 100 g
  • demi-glace sauce 50 g
  • onion 100 g
  • butter 30 g
  • parsley 3 g
  • salt 2 g
  • pepper 2 g
  • vegetable oil 3 g

Cooking

Step 1

Lightly coat the meat with a mixture of salt, pepper and olive oil. Fry the steak on each of the four sides for 2.5 minutes for medium cooking. Let the meat cool for 3-5 minutes.

Step 2

Mushrooms pre-boil, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil with a pinch of salt. Mix demi-glace with porcini mushrooms. Warm up 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Prepare an onion pillow: fry the onion in butter, add finely chopped parsley.

Step 4

Arrange the steak on a pillow of onions and serve with the porcini mushroom sauce.
