Sorrel salad with egg

This salad will definitely appeal to all lovers of a healthy diet, and it will also be loved by those who prefer quick but hearty meals. Radish salad is prepared in just 18-20 minutes. and is able to replace a full-fledged dish for lunch or dinner on a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 50 g of quinoa or bulgur
  • 60 g of radish
  • 120 g celery stalks
  • 40 g sorrel
  • 1 sweet and sour green apple
  • 60 g of corn salad
  • 6 quail eggs
  • 60 g sorrel
  • 5-6 century l. olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard with grains
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt

Cooking

Step 1

Boil quinoa or bulgur in salted drinking water until tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Throw on a sieve. Cool completely.

Step 2

Boil eggs, cover with cold water and peel. Cut in half.

Step 3

For dressing, blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Salt.

Step 4

Radish, celery and apple (without seeds) cut into thin slices, sorrel - into strips.

Step 5

Mix quinoa, radish, celery, sorrel, apple and corn. Dress the salad and add the eggs. Serve.
