Snack from Ladoga whitefish with false potatoes under a veil of fresh cucumber
Ingredients

- mashed potatoes - 15 g
- cucumber veil - 10 g
- bread crumbs - 5 g
- ash from potato peel - 5 g
- whitefish caviar - 5 g
- bread chips - 3 g
- onion marinated in beets - 2 g
- dill oil - 2 ml
- green powder - 1 g
- onion noodles - 1 g
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the fish into large cubes, add salt, chives and green oil.
Step 2
Mix everything and put on a plate in random order.
Step 3
Take mashed potatoes, roll up three balls, breaded in ashes, put next to the fish.
Step 4
Add bread crumbs, put the onion marinated in beets, cover the fish with a cucumber veil on top.
Step 5
Put caviar, chips, nasturtium flowers for decoration and sprinkle with powdered greens.
