Radish salad with pomegranate juice
Very, very juicy and tasty salad, despite the simplicity! The sharpness of the radish perfectly softens the juice of the pomegranate.
Ingredients
Servings 1- radish 1 pc.
- pomegranate 0.3 pcs.
- green onion 1 pc.
- mint 1 pc.
- salt 1 pinch
Cooking
Step 1
We clean the radish from the skin and grate it on a coarse grater. Chop the green onion and a few mint leaves.
Step 2
Clean up the pomegranate. Mash some of the grains with a pestle (or pusher) until the juice is released.
Step 3
Salt the radish and pour pomegranate juice over it, mix. When serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions and pomegranate seeds. No need to fill with oil!
