Quick Peach Jam
Very tasty, simple, flavorful!
Ingredients
- peaches (prepared) 1.2 kg
- 1 kg of sugar
Cooking
Step 1
Rinse the peaches, remove the pits, cut into cubes, put in a blender and beat well until smooth.
Step 2
Add sugar, stir, put on a slow fire.
Step 3
Cook after boiling for 30 minutes. (to the desired degree of thickening).
Step 4
Put in sterilized jars, roll up.
