Ingredients

Step 1
Cut apples into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Put butter - 50 g on the bottom of the baking dish, sprinkle with sugar - 100 g and put apples, sprinkle with cinnamon

Beat the eggs and 150 g of sugar into a fluffy foam, melt the remaining butter (50 g) in a water bath or in a microwave oven, add to the dough, gently add the flour in parts, stirring each time.
Step 4
Pour the batter over the apples and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Step 5
