Mango cream (kurd)
Ingredients
- mango (pulp) - 300 g
- yolk - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 60 g
- butter - 2 tbsp. l.
- juice of half a lime
- a pinch of salt
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the mango, remove the stone and grind the pulp in a blender to a puree.
Step 2
Add 3 yolks, sugar and lime juice, a pinch of salt to the mango, beat everything lightly.
Step 3
It is better to cook in a saucepan with a thick bottom over low heat with constant stirring. Put the whole mixture on fire and cook for 15 minutes, stirring, until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter, mix and arrange in jars. Cool down. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
