Halibut with pomegranate and fennel

Halibut with fennel and pomegranate in sour cream sauce.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • halibut fillet - 800 g
  • fennel - 2 heads
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l.
  • cherry tomatoes - 150 g
  • orange juice - 2 tbsp. l.
  • pomegranate - 1 pc.
  • salt, red pepper
  • cream - 400 ml

Cooking

Step 1

Dry the halibut fillet, cut into portions, sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the fennel, cut into slices. Melt the butter in a large saucepan, simmer the fennel.

Step 3

Put the fish on the fennel, salt, pepper, pour over with orange juice, simmer for 10-15 minutes. under the lid.

Step 4

Add cherry tomatoes and sour cream, heat through.

Step 5

Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds when serving. Enjoy your meal!
