Grechaniki in tomato-sour cream sauce
Ingredients
- buckwheat - 1 tbsp.
- minced meat - 0.5 kg.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- cream - 2 tbsp. l.
- greens (dill, parsley) - 0.5 bunch
- salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- tomato paste - 3 tbsp. l.
- water - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 1 tbsp. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Boil buckwheat until almost cooked, cool.
Step 2
Add chopped onions, herbs, eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Mix. Shape into patties or spoon into skillet. Fry on both sides.
Step 3
Sour cream, tomato paste, water, flour, salt, pepper and paprika mix so that there are no lumps.
Step 4
When everything is fried, put it back in the pan and pour over the sauce.
Step 5
Simmer 20 min.
