Gravlax with baked potatoes

  • salmon - 75 g
  • dill - 20 g
  • parsley - 20 g
  • lemon peel - 2 g
  • juniper berries - 3 pcs
  • salt - 5 g
  • sugar - 2 g
  • mini potatoes - 80 g
  • feta cheese - 50 g
  • sour cream - 30 g

Cooking

Step 1

Salmon cut into 3 cubes. Grind greens and berries, mix with salt and sugar. Salmon roll in herbs and leave for about 20 minutes.

Step 2

Boil potatoes and prepare mousse. Mousse: beat cheese and sour cream in a mixer.

Step 3

Lightly smoke the salmon. Burn the potatoes with a burner.

Step 4

Put the mousse in the center, put the salmon around. Decorate with greenery.
