Dietary cottage cheese casserole
Dietary cottage cheese casserole is one of the traditional dishes of the peoples of Northern and Eastern Europe. Thanks to the main ingredient - cottage cheese, which contains a large amount of animal protein and vitamin B12, pp casserole cooked in the oven can successfully compete with many meat dishes.
Ingredients
Servings 3- Low-fat cottage cheese - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 180 g
- Wheat flour for baking - 90 g
- Milk - 80 g
- Vanillin - 2 g
Cooking
Step 1
Combine the cottage cheese with the eggs. Mash the cottage cheese in a deep bowl, break the eggs into the resulting curd mass and mix well.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients. Pour flour, vanilla, milk into the mixture, watch the structure of the curd dough - it should not be too thick. This can be adjusted with milk.
Step 3
Bake the casserole. Pour the resulting dough into a special form and bake for about 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
