Crispy egg salad

Such a crispy salad is a real spring bouquet of flavors, aromas and vitamins. The participation of hard-boiled eggs in it turns it from a trifle into a hearty dish.

Ingredients

Servings 6
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 4 celery stalks
  • half a medium head of fennel
  • 3 medium cucumbers
  • small bunch of dill
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • mayonnaise, homemade
  • salt, freshly ground white pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Peel the eggs and chop coarsely. Cut the celery into very thin slices. Cucumbers and fennel cut into small cubes. Chop the dill.

Step 2

Mix all the prepared ingredients, season to taste with olive oil mixed with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
