Corn flour pie with plums

Plum cornmeal tart is a great option for homemade pastries for evening tea, it can also be served for afternoon tea. It is prepared very simply and quite quickly.

Ingredients

  • corn flour 0.5 tbsp.
  • wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
  • large plum 6 pcs.
  • baking powder dough 1 tsp.
  • sugar 0.5 tbsp.
  • cinnamon 1 pinch
  • powdered sugar
  • butter 5 g

Cooking

Step 1

Beat eggs with sugar.

Add sour cream. Mix.

Then corn and wheat flour, baking powder.

Grease the form with butter. Pour in the dough.

Cut plums into 2 parts, remove the stone. Spread the plum halves on the surface of the dough, lightly drown in the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Put in a preheated oven. Bake at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for about 25 minutes.
