Corn flour pie with plums
Plum cornmeal tart is a great option for homemade pastries for evening tea, it can also be served for afternoon tea. It is prepared very simply and quite quickly.
Ingredients
- sour cream 0.5 tbsp.

- corn flour 0.5 tbsp.
- wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
- large plum 6 pcs.
- baking powder dough 1 tsp.
- sugar 0.5 tbsp.
- cinnamon 1 pinch
- powdered sugar
- butter 5 g

Beat eggs with sugar.

Add sour cream. Mix.

Grease the form with butter. Pour in the dough.

Cut plums into 2 parts, remove the stone. Spread the plum halves on the surface of the dough, lightly drown in the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
