  • 10 pieces. pitted prunes
  • 5 pcs. dried apricots
  • 2–3 tbsp. l. small raisins
  • onion - 1 onion
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 potato
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • 1-2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 st. l. Teddy bear
  • juice of 0.5 lemon
  • salt
  • sugar

Cooking

Step 1

Wash prunes and dried apricots, cut into large pieces. Wash the raisins thoroughly. Peel and chop the onion. Peel carrots and potatoes, cut into large pieces.

Step 2

Boil water in a saucepan, put carrots, potatoes, salt and sugar. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain the vegetables in a colander. Save the decoction.

Step 3

Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the onion. Transfer it to a baking dish. Add carrots with potatoes, prunes, dried apricots, raisins, honey, grated ginger, cinnamon and lemon juice. Pour 1 glass of vegetable broth, cover the mold with a lid and cook in an oven preheated to 160ºС for 30 minutes.
