Chicken salad with green curry
Ingredients
Servings 4- 400 g chicken fillet
- 200 g fresh pineapple
- 50 g egg noodles
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- 150 g soy sprouts
- 250 g Chinese cabbage
- olive oil for dressing
- 0.25 hot pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet, put in a bowl, add "Thai Chicken Spice Mix". Cover with foil and leave for 2 hours.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200ºС. Transfer the fillet to a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Cool, cut into thin strips.
Step 3
Coarsely chop the cabbage, peel the pepper, cut into strips. Cut pineapple into small pieces. Peel and chop hot peppers.
Step 4
Boil egg noodles, cool, cut. Mix all ingredients, season with oil.
