Catwoman
Machanka is a Belarusian dish. They usually eat it with pancakes, dipping them into the pot in which machanka was cooked - hence the name.
Ingredients
Servings 4- 200 g homemade sausage
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt, ground black pepper to taste
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- butter - 2 tbsp.
- For sauce:
- 600 g sour cream sauce
- 1 cup meat broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 15 smoked or salted pork ribs (about 350 g)
- onion - 1 onion
Cooking
Step 1
For the sauce, simultaneously place flour and butter in a cold pan; Stirring constantly, quickly fry the flour and remove from heat. Pour in the broth, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Add sour cream, mix, salt and pepper. Put the ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes, fry in a pan in vegetable oil, transfer to a pot. Add there the onion fried until half cooked, sausage rings, pour everything with sour cream sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
