Carrot salad with pork

Ingredients

Servings 4-6
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • 200 g onion
  • 150 g pork
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 1 kg of carrots
  • 10 g sesame seeds
  • 5 g black and red ground pepper
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
  • salt

Cooking

Step 1

Chop the carrots into long thin strips, grind with salt, two types of pepper, season with soy sauce. In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp. l. oil and fry the chopped onion until golden brown.

Step 2

Cut the pork into thin sticks, add to the pan with onions, fry lightly. From sugar and 2 tbsp. l. water to make syrup.

Step 3

Peel the garlic and crush in a mortar. Mix onions with pork with chopped carrots, add sesame seeds, sugar syrup, crushed garlic. Mix everything thoroughly and let it brew for 1-2 hours.
