Arugula with Parma ham and two types of cheese
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- zest of 1 lime
- 50 g young parmigiano reggiano
- 300 g arugula
- lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated parmesan
- 12 slices Parma ham
- 2 tbsp. l. soybean oil
- 50 g young pecorino romano
Cooking
Step 1
Mix butter, lemon juice and grated parmesan. Cut both types of cheese into thin petals and strips. Mix arugula with dressing, sprinkle with chopped lime zest, mix, arrange on plates. Put ham and cheese on top.
