Zrazy with egg

Meat zrazy with egg are so filling that you don't even need a side dish! But if you do need a side dish, we recommend choosing rice or vegetables. These side dishes go great with egg zrazy. It will take you about 50 minutes to prepare meat zrazy with egg, but this traditional Polish dish is worth it.
How to cook Zrazy with egg
Step 1

Salt and pepper the minced meat and mix well.
Step 2

Mix the egg with onion and herbs.
Step 3

Make a patty out of the minced meat, put the filling in the center, and form a cutlet. Do the same with the remaining minced meat and filling. Dip the pieces in the egg mixture and coat in breadcrumbs.
Step 4

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown. Place them on a baking tray and put them in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Step 5

Serve the finished zrazy hot with your favorite side dish.
