Salt and pepper the minced meat and mix well.
Mix the egg with onion and herbs.
Make a patty out of the minced meat, put the filling in the center, and form a cutlet. Do the same with the remaining minced meat and filling. Dip the pieces in the egg mixture and coat in breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown. Place them on a baking tray and put them in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Serve the finished zrazy hot with your favorite side dish.
