How to cook Young cabbage in batter

Step 1

Finely chop the cabbage, cilantro and green onion. Mix with your hands. Fry with vegetable oil, stirring, 2-3 minutes. Cool to room temperature.

Step 2

Mix flour and paprika. Dilute with broth to the concentration of dough for pancakes.

Step 3

Scooping up the cabbage mixture with your palm, squeeze it tightly in your fist and dip it into the dough. Transfer with a slotted spoon to hot vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. Spread on paper towels, removing excess fat. Serve warm with sauce.
