How to cook Vegetarian pizza

Step 1

Boil milk, cool to room temperature. Pour into a large bowl, add warm water, salt and dry yeast. Add the sifted flour and stir.

Step 2

Add olive oil to bowl with batter. Knead the dough thoroughly for 10-15 minutes, cover with a film and put in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. If the dough is not elastic enough, add a little more olive oil.

Step 3

Punch down the dough and transfer to a floured work surface. Take a round baking dish with a diameter of 28-30 cm, lightly grease its surface with vegetable oil. Knead the dough again. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into the thinnest cake possible, larger in diameter than the baking dish. Quickly transfer the cake to the form, press it to the surface of the form. Fit the future pizza in size, make small sides, bending the excess dough from the edges inward.

Step 4

To prevent the dough from rising and pushing out the filling during baking, make several punctures on its surface with a knife. Sort the spinach, wash, dry and finely chop. Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the spinach in it for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 5

Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin circles. Cheese cut into thin slices. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Put it on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, grease with tomato sauce. Arrange spinach, cheese and tomatoes diagonally on top. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 15-20 minutes. BTW If you are using an oven equipped with a convection fan, do not preheat it to 200, but only to 180 ° C. If you want to cook pizza not overdried, but nevertheless with a crispy crust, bake it in the center of the oven for 10 - 15 minutes maximum, and then put it under the grill for 2-3 minutes.
