How to cook Turkey fillet in "envelopes"
Step 1
1. Throw olives and olives on a sieve, let all the brine drain, cut into thin rings. Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Wash the dill, pat dry and chop coarsely. Cut the pepper lengthwise, remove the core with seeds, rinse the pepper half thoroughly with cold water, then cut it into thin half rings. 2. Heat up in a frying pan 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Fry the onion (3 minutes). Add olives, olives and peppers. Cook 2 min. Remove from fire, set aside. 3. Wash the breasts, remove the skin and bone. Rub the meat with salt. Make a deep cut in each breast and put a piece of butter into it. 4. Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Having trimmed the edges, cut into 4 identical squares. Place one breast diagonally in the center of each square. 5. Put the fried vegetables on top. Drizzle with remaining oil. 6. Preheat the oven to 200ºС. Connect two opposite edges of each square. Brush the dough with a lightly beaten egg. Put the resulting envelopes on a greased baking sheet. Bake 30 min. Remove from oven, let stand 2-3 minutes. and bring to the table.
