Tarragon tincture

How to cook Tarragon tincture

Step 1

1. Carefully sort the tarragon, remove wilted leaves. Wash and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Finely chop, put in a bowl, add sugar and mix. Cover the bowl with cling film and let stand for 15-20 minutes to release the juice.

2. Transfer the tarragon to the bottle, pour in the vodka. Close the lid tightly and shake. Leave to infuse for 2-3 days, shaking from time to time.

3. Strain the drink.

* Tarragon tincture can be filtered through a fine sieve or paper filter, but in this case the drink will be cloudy. We strained it through a linen towel. The amount of tincture decreased somewhat, but it turned out to be absolutely transparent.
