Step 1

Cut off the top of the bread. Then cut the bread into 4 discs of equal thickness.

Step 2

Prepare pasta for cakes with fish. Wash the dill, dry and chop. Grind butter with horseradish, dill and lemon zest into a homogeneous mass.

Step 3

Prepare egg paste. Chop olives and eggs very finely. Mix thoroughly with 2 tbsp. l. cream cheese.

Step 4

Spread 2 cakes with butter and horseradish paste. The third is an olive-egg mass. Lay thin pieces of salmon on cakes smeared with pasta. Stack all the cakes one on top of the other in any order. Cover with the fourth layer.

Step 5

Wash cilantro, dry and finely chop. Mix mayonnaise with remaining cream cheese, salt, pepper and cilantro. Coat the top and sides of the cake. Decorate the cake. Cut hard-boiled quail eggs and olives into thin circles, hot peppers into rings, green onions into small pieces; arrange randomly on the cake. Cover the cake with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

TIP: Any kind of brown bread is suitable for this cake, as long as it is round. If you have a special string for cutting cakes, then the number of layers can be increased to 4-5. To decorate the cake, it is also good to use red sweet onions, pickled or pickled cucumbers, radishes cut into thin circles.
