Simple tiramisu

To prepare a simple tiramisu, you do not need any supernatural culinary skills and skills: it is really very easy to perform. By the way, the Italians themselves make dessert according to this recipe! In fairness, we note that there is another version of tiramisu, which is used by both chefs and some housewives. The cream of the dessert is based on sweet zaballone sauce, which is boiled in a hot water bath from yolks, sugar and sweet white wine. Then the mass, with constant whipping, is cooled on ice and only then is combined with mascarpone. Agree: intricate and not too fast. And our simple tiramisu is good because it does not take much time from the hostess, but at the same time it turns out to be very tasty and allows you to make a virtual trip to beautiful Italy without leaving the apartment.
