Step 1

Mix fresh juices, mustard, horseradish, chili pepper, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Marinate the scallops for 10 minutes. Add red onion. Garnish with cilantro when serving.

chili pepper - 1 g
dressing - 50 g
orange fresh - 300 g
horseradish cream - 80 g
dozhina mustard - 10 g
salt / pepper - 2 g each
fresh lime - 80 g
chili pepper - 20 g
