Rice with ham and broccoli is a recipe for a hearty dinner in a hurry. When there is absolutely no time to cook, then this recipe is just right. It is prepared quickly, it turns out bright and beautiful with an appetizing aroma of ham!
How to cook Rice with ham and broccoli
Step 1
Pour hot broth into the pan with rice, add salt and pepper to taste. After the liquid boils, cook without stirring for another 6 minutes.
Step 2
Add the broccoli florets to the rice and, again without stirring, cook under the lid for another 6 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the cooked rice from the heat and add the cheese, stirring gently until it melts. Add the finely chopped ham, stir and leave the dish for a couple of minutes.
