How to cook Open cake with peanut ice cream

Step 1

Knead shortbread dough from the indicated ingredients, roll into a ball, wrap in cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 30–40 minutes.

Step 2

Then roll out the dough into a layer and put it in a round shape with sides, pricked in several places with a fork.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 220–230ºС and bake the cake until golden brown, 25–30 minutes. Cool slightly, then carefully remove the cake from the mold and allow to cool completely in the refrigerator.

Step 4

Using an ice cream scoop, form balls of the same size and place them on the cooled cake base. Drizzle with maple syrup.
