Lazy cabbage rolls with minced meat

How to cook Lazy cabbage rolls with minced meat
Step 1

Prepare the cabbage. Pour boiling water (200 ml) over the shredded cabbage for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and squeeze the liquid out of the cabbage with your hands.
Step 2

Prepare the base for the cabbage rolls. Fry the carrots and onions in oil in a frying pan for 7-10 minutes, add salt and pepper. Mix the boiled rice, minced meat, fried vegetables and cabbage. Add a little more salt.
Step 3

Bake the cabbage rolls. Form the patties with wet hands. Place the cabbage rolls in a greased form, a little distance apart. Bake at 220℃ for 20-25 minutes.
