Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Fry lamb saddle in a frying pan with olive oil on both sides until golden brown. Place the fried lamb in a deep container and add chopped vegetables: celery, onion, tomatoes, bring to taste with salt, pepper and sprinkle with Zira seasoning. Add water and leave to simmer over low heat for about 2 hours. Remove the cooked lamb, and beat the remaining vegetables until smooth for the sauce.
Step 2
Vegetable garnish: Divide the tomatoes into 4 parts, cut the zucchini into triangles and, with the addition of mini carrots, lightly fry in a hot frying pan in olive oil.
