Grilled ribs

How to cook Grilled ribs
Step 1
Wash the ribs and pat dry. Do not forget to remove the film from the back of the ribs. Mix all spices, salt and sugar. Coat the ribs with spices and leave for 24 hours (if desired, you can limit yourself to a couple of hours).
Step 2
Put the ribs on the grill. Turn over a couple of times during cooking.
Step 3
Grill until tender (about 1.5-2 hours).
Step 4
Enjoy your meal!
