Step 1
Gut and wash the fish. Sprinkle the outside with salt and pepper to taste and place on 4 sheets of foil.
Step 2
Finely chop the basil and garlic, squeeze the juice from one lemon, add oil and wine. Cut the remaining lemons into circles without removing the peel. Stuff the fish with whole sprigs of parsley and lemon, grease the outside with the resulting marinade and wrap it loosely in foil.
Step 3
Grill on the grill for 15-20 minutes.
