Dried fruit sweets

Imagine how great it is to eat sweets, to feast on them, and at the same time to know that these sweets will not harm not only health, but also the figure! One continuous benefit and joy!
How to cook Dried fruit sweets
Step 1
To prepare these sweets, you will need a powerful blender and a vegetable / fruit dryer. But even those who do not have these gadgets will be able to replace the blender with a meat grinder, the dryer with an oven. All dried fruits must be washed and dried well.
Step 2
We put the dates in a blender and grind to a viscous mass (or pass through the fine grate of a meat grinder twice).
Step 3
Grind the nuts in a blender until fine crumbs, add sesame seeds to the nut mixture.
Step 4
We put the remaining dried fruits in a blender, add the lemon cut into slices and grind.
Step 5
Next, combine the dates, dried fruits and nut mixture. We mix. It turns out a very plastic mass. We pinch off in small pieces, roll the balls, put them on the dryer grate (or on a baking sheet). It is advisable to dry the balls, I strongly advise you not to neglect this moment, then the sweets will turn out to be generally class!
Step 6
It is necessary to dry in a dryer at 70 degrees for about 6-8 hours. Thus, a thin crust is formed, and the inside is plastic and viscous. If there is no dryer, then dry in the oven at a minimum temperature (50-70 degrees).
Step 7
Ready-made balls, I propose to glaze and decorate as desired. In a water bath, drown your favorite chocolate (I have milk), with a toothpick or, as I do - with a wooden skewer - we prick the ball and glaze, shake off the excess chocolate. Decorate as you wish
Step 8
We put the finished sweets in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens. I will say right away - you will have to tinker with these sweets. But the result is worth it, really!
