How to cook Custard cakes "Swan fidelity"
Step 1
Bring water with oil and salt to a boil.
Step 2
Pour the sifted flour into boiling water and mix vigorously so that there are no lumps. Boil the dough until it stops sticking to the sides of the bowl and becomes smooth.
Step 3
Cool the dough a little and add the eggs one at a time, after each addition, mix the dough until smooth.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200-220'C. Line a baking sheet with parchment. First, bake the swan necks: fill a pastry bag with the dough and use it to put the dough in the shape of a capital letter "g". It must be taken into account that when baking, the dough will rise and increase in size. Bake the "necks" until tender.
Step 5
Then put the dough in the form of balls from the culinary bag and also bake. Cool the finished balls.
Step 6
For cream, beat softened butter and condensed milk with a mixer. Make a small cut on top of the custard buns and fill the buns with cream. Insert the neck into the cream and serve to serve.
