How to cook Chicken soup with vermicelli and meatballs
Step 1
To prepare meatballs, finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown. Make minced meat from chicken fillet, scroll meat and onions through a meat grinder, add chicken protein. From the resulting minced meat, make 5 identical meatballs. Boil meatballs in chicken broth.
Step 2
To prepare homemade noodles, first sift the flour through a sieve, add eggs, salt and knead the dough. Put the prepared dense and tight dough in a bag for 20-30 minutes. Divide the dough into two parts and roll out into sheets 1 mm thick. Leave to dry for half an hour. Then cut the dough into noodles of the desired length and width. Leave the finished noodles on the table until completely dry. Boil the noodles before serving.
Step 3
Pour the broth into a glass, sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Put meatballs, half a boiled chicken egg and ready-made noodles on a plate.
