How to cook Chicken in curry sauce
Step 1
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the chicken until golden brown, then set it aside.
Step 2
In the same pan, add vegetable oil and fry the onion until translucent. Add ginger root, garlic and fry for another 1 minute.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and spices to the onion and mix well. Simmer the resulting mixture for a few minutes.
Step 4
Pour the sauce into a blender, add yogurt and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Place the chicken in a frying pan, pour in the prepared sauce, stir and bring to a boil.
