Dip is a sauce for dipping food, such as chips, pieces of vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood. The main difference from regular sauces is the method of application: the food is not poured with sauce, but the food is dipped in sauce. How to cook Cheese and meat dip

Step 1

Fry chopped onion and garlic until soft. Add minced meat and fry until half cooked.

Step 2

Add tomatoes and chicken broth, simmer until almost all liquid has evaporated.

Step 3

Add spinach, broccoli florets, season, stir and cook for a few minutes.

Step 4

Add cream cheese, grated Parmesan and cook until melted.

Step 5

Remove from heat, transfer to a mold and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

Step 6

Place the pan under a hot grill for 15-20 minutes.
