How to cook Apples in envelopes from curd dough

Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into cubes. Put the apples in a saucepan, add 20 g of sugar and butter. Bring to a boil, add hazelnuts. Mix, chill. Mix flour, baking powder, remaining sugar and salt in a deep bowl. Mix cottage cheese with milk and sunflower oil, add to flour. Using a mixer, knead a smooth dough. Preheat the oven to 200ºС. Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick, cut out 16 circles with a diameter of 12 cm. Mix the cream with the yolk. Lubricate the circles of dough around the edges with the mixture. Put the apple filling on half a circle of dough, cover with the second half, carefully pinch the edges. Put the envelopes of dough with apples on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Brush the top with the remaining egg mixture. Bake 20 min. until golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool and serve.
