Yogurt ice cream with goats

Ingredients

  • thick yogurt (Greek) 500 g
  • sugar 200 g
  • sesame 100 g
  • butter 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar 50 g

Cooking

Step 1

Cooking caramel: Pour sugar into a saucepan with a thick bottom, sprinkle with water and boil caramel. Then add sesame seeds and mix. Pour the hot mass onto a silicone mat, greased with butter, and quickly distribute it in a thin layer. When the caramel has cooled a little, you need to slightly incise it, outlining rectangles, so that it will be easy to break it later.

Step 2

To make ice cream, mix sugar with yogurt and beat. Cooking ice cream in the freezer (at least 4 hours) or ice cream maker. We spread the finished ice cream on one half of the gozinac plate and cover with the other.

Step 3

Ice cream can also be served in the form of balls for any dessert, sprinkled with chocolate chips and garnished with mint sprigs.
