Tartlet with blueberries
Ingredients

Cooking
Step 1
First, prepare the dough for the tartlet. To do this, rub the butter with sugar until softened, add part of the flour, mix, then add the yolk and eggs. Mix and add the remaining half of the flour. Refrigerate the dough for at least an hour. Then take out, roll out and bake at a temperature of 175 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Cut into equal triangular pieces.
Step 2
Separately, prepare blueberry puree, to do this, beat blueberries with sugar in a blender, boil a little until the consistency of puree.
Step 3
Prepare blueberry cream. To do this, bring blueberry puree and cream to a boil in a saucepan. Separately combine eggs, sugar, flour and starch. Pour the egg mixture into the puree and boil a little, stirring constantly until thickened. Strain and let cool.
Step 4
Grease the finished tartlet with melted hot chocolate and let it harden. Then gently fill with blueberry custard and top with fresh blueberries.
