Spinach salad with crab meat
Quick and easy frozen spinach salad.
Ingredients
Servings 4- spinach s / m - 200 g
- crab meat - 200 g
- garlic - 2 teeth
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- salt pepper
- lemon
Cooking
Step 1
Steep spinach in a small amount of water until completely defrosted. Squeeze out excess liquid. Crush the garlic over the spinach.
Step 2
Cut crab meat. Mix with spinach. Season with a mixture of oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
